Click Options/Options, second tab to manage default template:
The text displayed here will be used as default HTML source for new template.
Edit Default Template
The text displayed is editable.
Save a template as default template
1. Click menu File/Open/Template or button in toolbar to see list of template.
2. Click an item to open template.
3. Click File/save as default template.
